comfortable bedtea facilities
the room was spacious and featured a very comfortable bed (perfect for a good night's sleep!). the bathroom had both a bath and a rain shower. i also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room.
the staircase to my room was a bit steep and narrow.

The double room was very spacious. It featured modern decor. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast had many options.
The WiFi was not working in my room. Staff did not provide much assistance. This issue affected my ability to work.

poor airflowstaff absence
i found a couple issues annoying. the room was quite warm and the window barely opened preventing decent airflow. also the fire alarm went off around midnight it was a false alarm but no staff bothered to inform us in person they could have at least come upstairs to reassure guests

the breakfast offered a good start to the day.
The noise was excessive. It originated from both traffic and pub activities. the room lacked adequate sound insulation. it greatly affected my sleep and overall experience, the check-out procedure was unclear. I received an email about damages, despite following the instructions I was given.
